Modalities 

Sessions are curated for individual clients' needs. Modalities and techniques include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Sensory Re-patterning, passive movement, Craniosacral, Reiki Energy Work (USUI Reiki second degree practitioner), Therapeutic Touch, sound healing and meditation.

I have a flexibly cancellation policy. I understand that life happens and I also want you to be in good health when receiving bodywork. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away you will need to contact me 207-619-0180 to reschedule, otherwise you can change your appointment through my online booking system. At this time I am charging $50 for no call/ no show appointments.

COVID-19: HEPA air purifier is always running in therapy room and a mask will be worn by practitioner if requested, or if a client shows up for an appointment wearing a mask.

Licensed  Massage Therapist by the State of Maine (MT6806) and the municipality of Falmouth, Maine. Fully insured by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). 

All appointments, regardless of modality, clients my undress to their own comfort level: proper draping of linens is always followed to provide privacy.

Quiet   treatments

My objective is to always cultivate a safe and comforting space for clients, a place to escape the everyday chatter and settle the body and quiet the mind. A “quiet massage” allows the practitioner to listen and connect deeply to the client's physical and energetic body. This allows for the client to listen to their own body, breathe and flow with the bodywork. With this intention to turn in (the best we can), to be present, cultivates this beautiful awareness of the body and mind. It is within this space that excellent therapeutic bodywork can be done.
