Jess King, Clinical Mental Health Intern

I am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges with empathy and empowerment. My approach is humanistic and insight-oriented, focusing on self-awareness, resilience, and collaboration throughout the counseling process. With a background in social and behavioral sciences and nearly a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to our work.

Maddy Riker, Clinical Mental Health Intern

I come to the field of counseling with 10+ years of experience working in various health care settings as a nursing assistant and then as a nurse. I worked primarily in settings that incorporated end-of-life care and have an ongoing passion for this kind of work. I have also undergone training in teaching yoga and meditation, sound healing, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and I am a Reiki Level III practitioner. I aim to bring a grounded and warm energy to all encounters, and I am passionate about incorporating mindfulness into our time together.
