I offer a welcoming and safe space for all clients, honoring each person as an individual regardless of race, age, ability, gender, or sexual orientation. My work is grounded in holistic healing, with a special focus on those drawn to the divine feminine or seeking deeper restorative work. This is more than a massage; it is an intentional healing experience.

Each session is intuitively crafted to guide the client toward greater harmony of body and mind. Offerings may include Swedish massage, deep tissue sculpting, sensory repatterning, gentle passive movement, Reiki energy work (Usui Reiki, second-degree practitioner), therapeutic touch, sound healing, and guided meditation, woven together to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

My intention is to create a safe, calming space where clients can step away from everyday noise and allow the body to settle and the mind to quiet. A “quiet massage” invites deep listening—both from the practitioner to the client’s physical and energetic body, and from the client to their own inner experience. Through mindful presence, breath, and flow, this inward focus supports a heightened awareness of the body and mind, allowing the work to unfold with greater ease and connection.

I offer a flexible cancellation policy, honoring that life unfolds and well-being comes first, especially when receiving bodywork. Appointments may be rescheduled through my online booking system. If your session is less than 24 hours away, please contact me directly at 207-619-0180. No-call/no-show appointments are subject to a $75 fee.

For all appointments, regardless of modality, clients may undress to their own comfort level. Proper draping with linens is always used to ensure privacy and maintain professional standards.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maine (MT6806) and fully insured through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), committed to providing safe and professional care.
